Enhanced Cooperation Afternoon Session

Third session: from deadlock to dialogue, enhanced co‑operation and internet governance

WOLFGANG KLEINWACHTER:  Welcome back to the session.  This is the third session in our interesting pre‑IGF conference from deadlock to dialogue, enhanced co‑operation and internet governance.  I am very happy so many people came back because, you know, we had quite an exciting lunch break and you know a lot of alternatives are also going on, so I am happy that you are here.
